For you, we develop components with the design you wish; these can be in consistence with your product family, or with a new design, or according to contemporary taste. If requested we test out the design in the target group.

Tool manufacturing:
We construct tools for the processing of: thermosets; elastomers and thermoplastics; we also provide tools for casting components, hot pressing components, injecting components; injection-compression; CRP and GFRP applications (e.g. laminates) in automated procedures and optional hybrid applications with inserts.
The procedures and technologies used thereby are: gas injection technology GIT / water injection technology WIT / External gas moulding (EGM); sandwich technique; Tandem; multi-components (e.g. 2 components); de-spindling of threads; mould cores applications with optional hot runner or cold runner applications; cascade injection moulding.

If desired, we can manufacture our tool constructions according to new findings with regard to energy-efficient procedures. The temperature regulations have already been tested out in out injection moulding simulations; therefore they offer an optimal component quality within a very short cycle time. As this quality can in the long run only be achieved with coated, precisely matched temperature regulations, our focus is on this aspect. Demouldings are set due to the latest knowledge. Or moulds have a maximum of 0.02. mm deflection.

During the sampling phase, the quality of your component will be optimal concerning design and durability, with safe processing and within a short demoulding time.

The 3D-tool construction forms the basis for a development that is suitable for production.

3D data records (iges, Stepp), 2D data records (DWG, JPG), existing construction models as well as models and sample parts suffice us for creating your tool construction. During the construction stage we constantly test the product and the fabrication optimization. When the customer approves, the construction serves the tool production and the quality control. Changes in design can be considered during or after the tool manufacture. After the tool project has been completed, all construction data is made available to the customer in the desired format.
